GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN
Adam treasured every day and truly lived life fully. Rightfully taking pride in the work he did in his job at ShopRite, his accomplishments in Special Olympics, his cooking abilities, creative art projects, and numerous other skills and talents, Adam was more proud though of the relationships he had with people in his life. Adam often spoke about his beloved late father, his committed and loving family and the time he treasured with them, his countless friends literally everywhere he went, his housemates who no matter the circumstance he was always able to unite, his truly special staff team with whom he had developed a relationship of mutual respect and heartfelt care who he came to see as friends, his medical team that he appreciated and trusted deeply, and of course his loving girlfriend Katie.

Richard called Hunterdon County home and created a life for himself in Lambertville, living in a boarding home there, working at local restaurants as a dishwasher and doing odd jobs around town to help others out. Richard enjoyed fishing in the canal and could always be found walking the town and sharing his positive spirit.

Jude moved to Clinton Group Home in 1987 and has been an active member of The Arc’s family each day since then. Jude loved life and the people around him. He enjoyed the community, from going to the park to sporting events, especially going to see the Devils, to helping others through volunteering, to participating at church… but in all of those fun activities it was always clear he most enjoyed the time he spent with the people he cared about.
