JEFF MATTISON

Jeff retired from a 28-year career in commercial banking to join The Arc on a day-to-day basis in 2007.  Prior to that he served on The Arc of Hunterdon’s Business Advisory Council and for more than 10 years on The Arc’s Board of Directors – as Board President from 2005 – 2007.  He presently serves on the Board of Hunterdon Developmental Center and is a member of the Hunterdon County Aging & Disability Resource Connection Advisory Committee and Hunterdon County COAD.  He serves as Treasurer for the NJ Council of Executives of The Arc.  Jeff and his wife Patty reside in Franklin Township, Warren County.

"I began my career at The Arc of Hunterdon in 1992 as a Direct Support Professional and I immediately knew that this was where I wanted to stay.  Throughout my tenure I have held multiple positions including Behavioral Support Specialist, Agency Trainer, Director of Day Services, Director of Family Support and have now been in my current role for the last two years.  I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College and my Master’s degree in Human Service Administration from Rider University.  Hunterdon County is also my home with my husband and three daughters.  I am actively involved in the community and I feel very connected to the area.  The lasting relationships I have formed with  the individuals we serve makes me love my job.  I am always eager to meet new families and I look forward to the future at The Arc of Hunterdon County!"

JENNY HOLDORFF

Jenny has been with the Arc since 1998.  She started her career working in Group Homes as a Direct Support Specialist.  She then spent time in the QA department as a Behavioral Specialist and Auditor.
Jenny has a Bachelors Degree from DeSales University in Clinical Counseling Psychology. She was a Residential Director for another agency for a short while, as well as a Billing Specialist for an EHR company.  She had extensive experience working with agencies who were already Medicaid Providers in their respective states.  When New Jersey switched to a Fee For Service Model, she came back to the Arc as the Director of Medicaid Services.
In her spare time Jenny enjoys spending time with her three sons, husband and dogs.  She also enjoys BootCamp classes every morning at 5:30am.

"I started to work for the Arc in September of 1971.  There were no group homes at the time- only Point Breeze which was originally at the Foran estate which is now St. Magdalen’s Church.  I have been privileged to be part of the growth of the Arc and have ongoing relationships with our clients.  It has been quite an exciting time for me and gave me a whole new insight and understanding of people with developmental disabilities. 
I have four grown children who have delighted me with six grandchildren.

SUZANNE BECHTLE

Suzanne joined The Arc of Hunterdon in 2008 as a part time Finance Analyst.   Before working for us, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at Suburban Golf Club.  She has over 20 years of experience doing payroll.  Suzanne is currently Co-Director of Human Resources and handles all things regarding payroll including entry, reporting and auditing.  In her spare time Suzanne and her husband enjoy eating out and sharing a cocktail with their children and friends.
